In my years involved in real estate, I’ve come to realize that there are three questions which are most important to sellers. Those three questions are: How much money? How much time? And how much hassle?
- How much money? – Most of the time, the number one priority for sellers is to be able to net the most money they can from the sale of their home. - How much time? – The second item that seller’s care about (and sometimes this is the most important item, like in the case of a relocation to another city for personal or professional reasons) is time.
